Nos cancelaron la reserva mientras que hacíamos el checkin porque no les convenía que reservásemos por hoteles.com. de hecho, nos dijeron que reservásemos con ellos pero en booking. El caso, que nos dejaron sin habitación estando allí. IMPRESENTABLES
