Excellent location with city center within 2 km walk. Ground level parking for 1-2 vehicles. Ocean view somewhat obscured by trees in the park across the street. The beach view featured in the website photos was taken before the park was developed.. The apartment was very well equipped with cooking and eating utensels with cooktop stove, microwave oven, baking oven, toaster, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. Independent air conditioning for living room/dining room/ kitchen space and bedrooms. The hot water pressure was very low in all the taps in the apartment. This was apparently common to the entire building because there was no remedy offered. The water jet system in the master bedroom didn’t work. The reception office operates only between 8 am and 5 pm. If you are arriving early or later, be sure you receive a code for the key locker from the management at least 24 hours before arrival. Due to miscommunication and flight delays we arrived at 1 am with 2 screaming toddlers and no key code and had to rouse the owner on the emergency phone to get into the building. Spacious apartment with a great view. The unit was spacious with enough room for a large group. The direct access to the pool was a big hit with our children and saved the fuss of packing up the family for a trek to the pool every time the kids wanted a swim. Muddys park and cafe directly across the road was handy for the kids to wear themselves out every day, The staff where all friendly and accommodating, including the house keeping who happened to come every day to service our room when our disabled daughter was sleeping. We would definitely recommend this accomodation to our family and friends. The only negatives would be the amount of glass furniture and breakable decor with kids was concerning, we had to move a large amount of breakable items out of our children’s reach. The sun from dawn till after noon was scorching on the front patio and in the pool, some form of shade would be amazing to take advantage of the great location and the swim out pool. The only way we could get any peace and quite was to shut all the doors and windows.
