Superb! Everything was so wonderful! The bed and pillows were comfortable the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony is fantastic and the view is stunning. We used the pool, sauna and gym. The Dundee restaurant attached to the building has delicious food. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. It is about 5 minute flow walk to the boat dock for Great Barrier Reef tours and plenty of food options. My only drawback was the check in process. When I booked the checkin says 2pm to 5pm, I contacted the property manager who said no problem they would have someone meet me at 6:30 after my flight arrived. I was to let the property manager know when I got my baggage from baggage claim. The issue is that I was told it would be 50ASD for the late check in few a few days before my checkin. I had to pay the person checking me in the 50ASD, not a great way to start my Cairns stay. If you want to stay here the property is great just be ready for the extra 50ASD if you can get there before 5pm. If not for this issue I would have given the property 5 stars as it was very nice and in a great location. ##### Jason S.
