### The Loft Trendy Coastal Charm with Pool

Nestled in the tropical suburb of Parramatta Park—just 2.5km to the city centre—this townhouse provides a contemporary retreat to discover Tropical North Queensland. It features open-plan living with a sunny alfresco dining area on the balcony. Make use of stunning resort-style facilities including a glistening swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a busy day. Air conditioning, two bathrooms and secure parking will help you settle in effortlessly.  
This townhouse combines tranquil living with the convenience of being just minutes from of Cairns' most notable attractions. Step out and discover the best of Tropical North Queensland, then come home for a dip in your glistening resort-style swimming pool.  
  
Inside, the townhouse features split-level, open-plan living with air conditioning throughout. The living area offers an L-shaped sofa and wall-hung TV. A large six-person dining table makes it easy to enjoy meals at home, or savour slow mornings on the sunny balcony kitted with alfresco furniture. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and cooking facilities, including a fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave.  
  
In the evenings, retreat to three spacious bedrooms. Each is fitted with a plush queen-sized bed and topped with high-quality linens for a good night's sleep. The primary bedroom benefits from an attached ensuite and private balcony where you can sit back and watch the world go by. The third bedroom is lofted on the top level for optimal privacy. There is an additional bathroom on the lower floor for your convenience.  
  
Internal laundry facilities are ideal for longer stays, with a washer, dryer and basin. Guests have access to free secure parking and a large tropical swimming pool within the complex.  
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves and access to the shared facilities including a pool. Please make yourselves at home.  
  
Located in Queensland’s tropical north, the city of Cairns is a great base for exploring the Great Barrier Reef and the Wet Topics World Heritage Area. In Cairns, there are excellent cafes and dining, markets and beautiful beaches nearby making it a year-round travel destination. Plus, it’s easy to get to famous sites like Cape Tribulation and the Daintree. Enjoy breakfast at Caffiend or The Chambers, lunch at Greenfields and dinner at Salt House with its beautiful waterfront views. Don’t miss Cairns institution Rusty’s Markets (Friday-Sunday) to sample the region’s exotic fresh fruit, vegetables, breads, dairy and seafood from more than 180 stalls. The market also has a host of international food stalls, specialty products, clothing and gifts.

Please leave the home neat & tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.  
No pets and no smoking permitted. If smoking occurs in the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorised.
