This stylish apartment offers a unique and private vantage point from the third level with a large undercover terrace opening to views of its surrounds. You are invited into this welcoming, bright and open concept living area that opens onto your own private outdoor terrace. Outdoor activities include tennis court and pools for your use. \*Free Wifi \*Free parking \*Complimentary amenities starter pack \* Flexible bedding configuration Bedroom 2 (2 x King Single or 1 King bed.) As you open the door and enter this apartment you will notice it has fresh and modern styling with lots of natural light filtering through the living area from the outdoor terrace. BEDROOMS This property has two good sized bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space allowing guests to settle in and feel at home. One with Queen sized bed and the other has two king singles or King bed. BATHROOM The bathroom offers a shower over full sized bath giving you the option to relax from your day of exploring our beautiful region. Twin basins are a nice touch too. KITCHEN The kitchen layout makes it a pleasure to prepare meals. The gas cook top and new oven will aide in your culinary activities. OUTDOOR TERRACE The private outdoor terrace is a wonderful aspect of this apartment with dining seating and lounge seating. ADDITIONS for your stay. \* If you have young children there is a high chair and porta cot available at your request. \* 2 tennis racquets and balls are available in the apartment should you be tempted by the tennis court view from your terrace. AMENITIES: We provide a generous amount of amenities as a \`start up\` for your stay. You will need to provide your own after that. LINEN/TOWELS: Our linen is hotel quality and professional cleaned. Each guest is provided 1 bath towel and 1 pool towel. We also provide hand towels, face washers, bathmats and tea towels. BAG STORAGE: Bag storage before or after your stay is not available, but we can give you some suggestions after booking, please ask if you require details. There is a set of stairs to reach the apartment. HOUSE RULES We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For us to do so we would appreciate you following the house rules. These rules are a condition of your occupancy. Check-in is after 3pm, Check-out is 10am. Please respect our property and leave it as you found it, clean and tidy. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed unless stated in property description. If evidence of smoking or pets without approval are found, charges for extra cleaning fees will apply. We take no responsibility for any loss or damage to property or injury or death to occupant, guest or invitee. No unregistered guests allowed. Maximum number of guests must not exceed property information for maximum guest numbers. No parties or events permitted. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum before 7am and after 10pm. If a complaint is received you will receive a message via the booking platform, then a phone call. Failure to comply with reducing noise may lead to immediate eviction. Please take out rubbish before you check out, location of bins are provided in your checkout instructions. Please ensure all dishes and kitchenware are washed and returned to cupboards, fridge cleaned out. Please take care of your keys/access cards. If you lock yourself out a callout fee will be incurred. If the keys/access card are lost or taken with you on your departure, a replacement fee will be incurred. No drugs or illegal substances allowed on the premises. Please take care of the furnishings. Guests are responsible to pay for damage or breakages. Any damage/breakages to be reported to the host before checkout. Any alteration to the booking must be made by the guest via the booking platform. Internet connectivity varies from property to property, depending on location, weather and unforeseen events. We are unable to remedy technical issues outside of our control. We do not refund for problems such as plumbing, electrical, Wifi not working, light globes blown or gas, etc. Any issues identified by the occupant must be communicated to the host and will be attended to as soon as practically possible. At times, when the property is occupied, maintenance specialists are required to attend to their regular maintenance schedule, i.e. lawns and pools. Any breach of the above rules will permit us to cancel or terminate a booking. Refunds will not be paid on terminated bookings. Our cancellation policy is firm and we highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim. Our team is available from 8am to 6pm to help during your stay. The gated community is quite nice and well maintained but starting to show its age overall. Pools are clean and neat, residents are friendly and the local restaurant (Taste of Thai) is exceptional and very welcoming for young families.
