Bindi Treehouse offers a peaceful retreat in one of Cairns' most sought-after locations. This beautiful, character-filled pole home provides a calming and relaxed atmosphere, nestled high on a no-through road in a lush, leafy setting. Surrounded by nature, the property backs onto a vast reserve where you can spend hours exploring the rainforest and discovering hidden trails.  
  
The treehouse is spread over two levels, with the main upper floor featuring three bedrooms, a spacious living area, a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a plunge pool. The lower floor offers a private lounge area, an additional bedroom, a bathroom, and a small kitchenette, making it an ideal space for extended families or groups wanting extra privacy. The generous outdoor space is home to a banana, lime, and mango tree, while a hidden park in the nearby nature reserve is accessible via the back gate and a scenic council walking track.  
  
Brinsmead is a charming suburb that combines suburban convenience with natural beauty. Situated between the Barron Gorge National Park and the Whitfield Range, it offers a perfect balance of relaxation and outdoor adventure. The area features local parks, picnic areas, and walking trails through the rainforest and along the river. A small shopping center nearby provides essentials, with a grocery store, pharmacy, cafés, and restaurants. With a wedding venue just down the street, Bindi Treehouse is also a fantastic option for wedding guests looking for unique accommodation.  
  
Getting around is easy, with car hire being the most convenient way to explore Brinsmead and the greater Cairns region. The property is easily accessible via Brinsmead Road and Kamerunga Road, and car rental options are available from the Cairns Airport or the city. Public transport is also available, with nearby bus stops providing connections to Cairns and surrounding areas. For those who prefer to explore on foot, Brinsmead offers a welcoming environment with local amenities, scenic walking trails, and peaceful residential streets.

Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please answer the pre-booking questions truthfully to ensure the space suits your needs, and carefully read the check-in instructions that will be sent before your arrival.  
  
Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.  
  
Please remember that you are in a residential setting. We remind you to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.  
  
No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.  
  
This property has a strict no party and no smoking. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.  
  
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.  
  
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.  
  
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.  
  
Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call-out fee, if required.  
  
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.  
  
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.  
  
Pet Policy:  
All dogs to be pre-approved before staying at the property.  
Strictly dogs only. No other pets permitted.  
One small to medium sized dog. No Large breed dogs.  
No hunting dogs.  
Please check the garden and clear up after your dog before you leave.  
Dogs are not to be left unattended at the property.  
Dogs must be flea treated and flea free prior to arrival.  
Please bring bedding and everything that your dog requires.  
No dogs on the furniture.  
No Puppies that have not yet been fully house trained and/or still chew.  
A $500 pet bond will be frozen on your credit card at check in the event of damages or additional cleaning.
