The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, whether it’s a casual breakfast or a seafood feast. Each of the three spacious bedrooms features a king-size bed with luxury mattress toppers, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Check-In Form & ID: All guests are required to complete a check-in form and present valid ID upon arrival. This is for security and registration purposes. Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock. No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe. Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim. Pet Policy: All dogs to be pre-approved before staying at the property. Strictly dogs only. No other pets permitted. One small to medium sized dog. No Large breed dogs. No hunting dogs. Dogs are permitted in the garden and designated dog area only. Please check the garden and clear up after your dog before you leave. Dogs are not to be left unattended at the property. Dogs must be flea treated and flea free prior to arrival. Please bring bedding and everything that your dog requires. No dogs on the furniture. No Puppies that have not yet been fully house trained and/or still chew. A $500 pet bond will be frozen on your credit card at check in the event of damages or additional cleaning.
