It's amazing how many places we could visit within a 10 mile radius which were of interest to all ages. Although there were no shops or restaurants on our doorstep it didn't bother us at all that we had to walk or drive to the nearest one's about half a mile away. The cottage was very well equipped with everything we needed & very spacious unlike the photo's on the website show, as they don't really give this beautiful property the justice it deserves. Our lovely lady host was so friendly & helpful as was everyone on the farm, but sorry that we didn't get to meet her husband too.
