Make yourself at home in this beautiful Caddo Mills retreat. This house features a cozy bedroom with a full bed, WiFi, a washing machine, heating, and AC. Fall in love with Caddo Mills and enjoy the magic it has to offer.  
  
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.   
This is a beautifully maintained co-living home in a tranquil community, located just 15 mins east of Rockwall and Lake Ray Hubbard. Enjoy the nature trails, deer, private fishing, and friendly neighbors.   
  
We have 5 single-occupant rooms being rented separately. Shared access to bathrooms, kitchen, living, laundry, & outdoor amenities. Fts: 5 Bds, 2 Baths, Private Pond with Fishing Dock, Private Creek and BBQ Area, Plenty of Parking.
