"My friends and I spent a great few days at Villa Provenzale Clos De Minerve. The pool is large and the water warm. The outdoor space and BBQ area worked perfectly for us - eating outside every night. We hired in a chef on the last night and had a great meal. There is a small cafe within a 10 minute walk (on Bd Francis Meilland). Each day we also walked down to the beach at Plage de la Garoupe and had drinks at the beach bar - which had a chilled vibe."

"The pictures in the description is misleading, I.e. the first picture of the pool is not on the property, but is situated two houses down the road on the owners property. "This is a delightful property. The owner took great care to insure our stay was comfortable and met all expectations. The property is a short drive to Callas for nice restaurants, markets, and croissants. The area is excellent for biking and hiking. The house lives up to the photos and description on VRBO. We loved our stay."

"Friendly staff, but the hotel did not feel like a four star. More like 3.5\. The breakfast on the roof with a view is great though. Bathroom is tight with a vary narrow tub. How does anyone take a shower? But I guess it's standard to have narrow tubes in France. Floors were not carpeted, likely for easier cleaning of beach goers. Location is nice and quiet, 15 minute walk to the main part of Nice. "

"The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff was friendly, and the lobby was neat and clean. The room was large, and I loved the balcony views. The only issue was that there were no phone ports close to the bed. Neither did the bathroom have any electrical outlets. Other than these, everything was perfect. "

"Excellent location close to city centre , restaurants, bars, transport links and a short walk to the promenade and sea front. The hotel was great value for money. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The staff were excellent, always very helpful. We have just returned from a very enjoyable break there and are booked up to go again in the near future. This is a hotel we are happy to go back to . "
