The apartment includes: an entrance with storage cupboard, a living room (with a flat screen TV, a 140X190 sofa bed) opening onto a garden with a large terrace facing due south, an American kitchen (with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a traditional oven, a microwave, 4 electric hotplates, a hood and a refrigerator), a bedroom (with a 140x190 bed), a bathroom (an Italian shower and a towel dryer) and a separate toilet. A private parking space in the residence. Pets are accepted in this rental. This rental is also available for short stays (outside school holidays).
