This three-bedroom penthouse is located in Jobo, a collection of 18 condominium units built in 2008, featuring a tropical colonial style and a variety of floor plans. Jobo 16 features a split-level design, with three ensuite bedrooms upstairs and a living room, kitchen, dining space, and powder room downstairs. The living room is decorated with high-quality leather couches, a built-in wood entertainment center, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. The living room features a sliding glass door that opens to a balcony with iron railings furnished with a dining set and comfortable lounge chairs. It offers panoramic views of the 15th hole of the golf course, the lush rainforest, and the Pacific Ocean. Behind the living room is a round wooden dining table with six chairs. The dining room also has a sliding glass door that leads out to the balcony, which offers stunning ocean and rainforest views. The spacious kitchen is a chef’s dream, with high-end granite countertops, beautiful wood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, and a stovetop with a range hood. The breakfast bar can seat an additional three people.
