Located in a gated community near Playa Flamingo. The Space: Casa de los Sueños is a beautiful home located on 5,200 square meters of privacy (1 1/4 acre) in the Mar Vista gated community near Playa Flamingo, Guanacaste. Experience luxury and comfort as you enter the large kitchen, living, and dining area while you take in the sweeping views through a full wall of sliding doors. Wake up to the sounds of the jungle, enjoy the ocean and tropical forest views and watch the sunset from the expansive covered and uncovered patios framing the private infinity pool. This fully furnished vacation home is only a 60-minute drive from the Liberia airport and a very short distance to several local beaches. It is a single-level vacation rental with a split floor plan making it perfect for couples, families, and friends. The master bedroom features its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, a walk-in closet, a King bed, a sliding door to an ocean view patio, a Smart TV, and A/C. The second bedroom features a King bed, a built-in closet, a sliding door to its own ocean view patio, a Smart TV, and A/C. The third bedroom offers Twin bunk beds and built-in closets and A/C. There is a bathroom accessible from each of the two bedrooms with a shower and double sinks. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. The large, fully equipped kitchen features a large quartz island with seating for 4, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, and quartz countertops. The main living area has a dining table for 6, a comfortable seating area, a 50" Smart TV, A/C, and a full wall of sliding doors to the large covered patio. The outdoor patios offer a large, comfy seating group, a dining table for 6, sun loungers, a large gas grill, and a private, beautiful infinity-edge pool overlooking the forest and the ocean. A few of the other amenities of this beautiful home are reliable high-speed internet, Smart TVs streaming Netflix, cable TV with HBO, ceiling fans in every room, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, an outside shower, tankless hot water, security safe and private parking. We greatly appreciate your support. **About Mar Vista Community and the Flamingo Area** This home is located within the development of Mar Vista in Flamingo Beach and has 24/7 security, it offers a large community pool, swim-up bar, and an exceptional restaurant (Gracia) with fabulous ocean views day and night. There is a yoga deck, hiking and biking trails, and tennis courts on the property. Mar Vista is a community in a constant state of growth, therefore, it may have some construction in the area causing some noise during the day. We have asked our neighbors to cause the fewer disturbances as possible but please take into consideration that it’s out of our control. We truly appreciate your understanding. Due to the ongoing construction in the area, we understand that this may cause some inconvenience. For this reason, a discount has already been applied to the rate as a courtesy, and we truly appreciate your understanding and patience. Flamingo Beach is part of the Costa Rican Riviera and is located only 1.5 miles from the property. Flamingo boasts a beautiful mile-long white sand beach with a mild current and tide. This beach is perfect for swimming and sunning. Playa Grande, one of the world’s most famous surfing beaches, is only 45 minutes by car and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more to do like shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots. We recommend a rental car for this area to get around with ease. Beds/pillows were comfortable and linens were nice. House was well stocked with amenities and kitchen/bath necessities. There were chairs and towels provided for the beach which was a nice a surprise. The neighborhood felt very safe as there is a guarded gate entrance. We would definitely stay here again! Super comfortable! As mentioned in previous reviews the concierge was helpful but a bit hard to get a hold of prior to our stay...on day of checkin I still hadn't heard from anyone regarding checkin details or address of the house even though I had messaged the day prior. We finally did get a response a few hours before checkin and everything went smoothly after that. They were very responsive once we made first contact. ##### Dawn C. Our family of six stayed here for 3 nights in May 2025\. The home was super clean, everything worked, it had everything we needed to cook our own meals each day, and we all loved being in the pool or on the patio reading, playing games, eating, etc... Playa Flamingo and Playa Conchal were short drives from the house and we went to the beach every day. An amazing house that we would stay at again in a heartbeat. We had so much fun at the actual house that we didn't even go to the community pool or use any of the community ammenities. I'm sure they were great. It’s really beautiful-all the little touches are done right and it’s really kept up as well as any rental home/condo we’ve ever stayed at. There’s also a ton of great beaches and restaurants nearby. The management team was very thorough and responsive- the only note we would have is that as guests we thought we should be notified when workers would be arriving to do their jobs. It was a bit disconcerting to be less dressed and see a pool worker 15” away unannounced or come back after a few hours to this remote space and find a worker on a cycle on his phone not letting us know his purpose for being there. Aside from that, totally amazing time and place. ##### Scott G. The host Alex couldn't have been more helpful and the house was everything it looked like on the site. The pool was amazing, the kitchen stocked with cooking equipment and the view was amazing. Can't say enough great things about this place and this host. Alex fed us information about the location and the surrounding options for entertainment and while our stay was too short, it was a great way to celebrate! Pura Vida ##### Nathan B. Séjour de 3 nuits en mai 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Dave K. 20 mai 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Casa de los Suenos - what a great place The Casa de los Suenos is a great house for families and multiple couples (the third bedroom, as seen in the pictures, is bunk beds). We found it very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the multiple living areas of the house, like the multiple dining areas and the outside seating areas. Knowing it would be warm, we also spent a lot of time in the pool to relax. The team was great in their communication and provided all the information before our arrival. It is located within a gated community and offers hiking paths, a tennis court and a community pool in addition to the house pool. Also in the community is Gracia Mar Vista, a wonderful restaurant with great food options if you don't want to venture out. ##### Dave K. This was our first visit to Costa Rica and we had a wonderful time! The house was very clean and comfortable… it was very nice to get a mid-week cleaning included with our visit. Alexa was super helpful in answering all of our questions - she helped arrange a rental car and schedule an ATV tour, gave us some dining recommendations… we really appreciated her assistance! Cooked two great meals at home - the fish market in Brasilito is not to be missed and we enjoyed fresh mahi and red snapper, shrimp… so good! The entire family enjoyed the pool and our only suggestion might be to trim the bushes a little more so you can take in the gorgeous view while floating in the pool. Overall an amazing vacation and we hope to return one day soon! ##### Lisa M. The location of Mar Vista and our unit was amazing. It fit the 4 adults in our group just right. It met all of our needs, and was convenient to restaurants, the local market, shopping and the beach, etc. We also felt very safe during our stay. The view is also very beautiful from the pool including sunrise and sunset! We felt welcomed by the staff at Mar Vista, and by the Blue Zone staff as well. The unit was clean upon our arrival and it was cleaned one time during our stay. The unit is stocked well with everything you will need including a secure safe. Alexa from Blue Zone Experience was spot-on with communication, services, information, and any questions we had. She was so prompt, courteous, and professional. We even had the opportunity to meet her which was truly an honor! Alexa made our vacation the absolute best. I would highly recommend Blue Zone, and Alexa as your contact! We would love to return to Costa Rica and if so, we would love to stay again in Mar Vista at a Blue Zone unit, with Alexa as our contact. Thank you, Alexa! Pura Vida\~ ##### June T. Séjour de 7 nuits en février 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Jean S., USA 9 févr. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Beautiful home The home is really beautiful, clean and well stocked. We rented a GPS from the car rental and could not find the home address. Tried multiple different ways of entering the address and the GPS kept saying "unable to find". Due to being from the US we did get the international plan on smart phone to use maps. However we also had trouble with that. Finally entered Gracia restaurant which is in the same gated community as this home, Mar Vista. On our way to the home we were on a dirt really bumping road and the road came to what looked like a river. We thought for sure we were lost. We were going to turn around and a car came up behind us, so we moved ovet to allow that car to pass us. The car drove right through the river which was over the top if their tires. So we also crossed and a little further there was another water crossing. So glad the car came up behind us. So I want to let future US travels a heads up. Also we rented a 4 X 4 truck through orbitz, from SIXT rental company, and purchased the insurance through Orbitz. When we got the rental truck of course they asked about insurance. I told him I bought insurance and he asked to see it, so I showed it to him. And he said "that insurance is not good in Costa Rica". So not wanting to take any chances I purchased SIXT insurance for 38 a day. When I got to were there was internet, I checked and the insurance I bought for 88 for the whole week through Orbitz WAS good. SCAM at SIXT. Again a heads up for future travelers. ##### Jean S. The house is beautiful and was set-up nicely for two couples. The kitchen was stocked well to cook at the home. Alexa was amazing and very responsive on any questions we had. We loved the neighborhood as it felt very safe (we walked daily) and has amazing views. Make sure to check out Gracia on your visit. The view is to die for and the owners are amazing. The best meal we had on our trip. They also have a pizza place around the corner, which was great. We had wished we had checked out the area around Conchal a little earlier. A few things to consider on the house. They needed to trim the hedges a little more to see the ocean from the pool but you could see it from the house and deck. The beds are on the firm side, which had mixed reviews with our group. They had plenty of pool towels but we brought out own floats and glad we did. I would go back again! First time visitors to Costa Rica, and we had a lovely time. This house is located in a gated community and was beautiful! The kitchen was well stocked, and there was a market about 8 minutes away. There were pool towels available. The house was beautiful and pool was amazing. The home was perfect for our family of 4 from the moment you walk through the front door. Our daughters enjoyed swimming in the infinity pool daily and we enjoyed the view of Playa Flamingo. The house was well equipped with all of our needs and was extremely comfortable and clean. Alexandra was very responsive and helped when we needed assistance with something at the house. The area is beautiful and safe including onsite security. We also enjoyed there was an alarm system for when we left the house.
