Welcome to Casa Cadejo, your tropical escape in Playa Grande. Set at the highest point in Playa Grande Estates, this thoughtfully designed home offers the perfect blend of privacy and convenience—just a short walk to the beach, surf shops, restaurants, and all the charm of this vibrant coastal town. Playa Grande is world-renowned for its consistent waves, beautiful beaches, and laid-back atmosphere, making it a favorite for surfers and travelers alike.   
  
**The Property**
  
Casa Cadejo includes two separate homes, making it ideal for families, friends, or couples traveling together.   
  
The main house is a stylish 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that blends concrete and natural wood for a warm, modern aesthetic. Air conditioning in each bedroom ensures comfort, while large windows and open spaces invite in the ocean breeze.   
  
The ground floor features a bedroom/den, a full bathroom, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and bar overlooking the private pool. With an outdoor dining area and easy access to the pool, it’s perfect for relaxed, sun-soaked days.   
  
The second floor offers two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a full indoor kitchen, and a cozy dining area.   
  
In the guest room, you can choose to keep the beds separated or have them joined together as a king-size bed, whatever suits you better. The same applies to the king-size beds on the second floors, which can can be split into two singles. Just let the concierge know what you prefer. We’ll be happy to accommodate you.   
  
Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.  
  
Both levels are fully equipped with their own kitchens, bathrooms, and sleeping areas—allowing them to function as two self-contained apartments. This layout is perfect for multi-family groups or guests seeking a bit of separation and privacy during their stay.

The House is in a great location, 5 min walk to beach. It was spacious for 8 people. Communication with host was easy. Kitchen needed to be cleaned before using. The fridge does not keep things cool. Serious ant, bee, and scorpion problem. There are homes currently being built on either side of home, so lots of noise. Luckily for us, everyone was on Christmas break while we were there until our last day. The amenities list need to be updated. There is no tv or satellite/cable. No garage. No bbq. No Microwave and no Oven. There is a toaster oven, gas stovetop, and cast iron grilling top. As we had a few chefs with us they made it work with what was available. A roof top balcony allowed us to watch the sunset if we didn't want to walk to the beach, it was beautiful!

#### Really nice house

The house was really cool. The service was more than excellent. Really good and effective.Two points that made us like it a bit less :1- Renovation from 6AM, saw, concrete, hammer, etc. We knew there would be some, but the noise and dust where constant, we could not sleep past 6 or enjoy the pool that much.2-Outside staircase from lower level to upper rooms. Really nice for two families. It's just a comment regarding our situation, but our 4yo was not at ease going outside at night to come to us up there with all the living things around.If not, the house was amazing, the outside kitchen extraordinary, the side cabin an instant wow!thanks a lot!
