Paradise awaits at this beautiful new apartment with an impressive outdoor saltwater pool near Flamingo Beach. Located just west of the Banco Nacional in Flamingo, Its a short walk to the beach, where the brand-new Marina Flamingo is located. It’s within walking distance of several restaurants, an excellent grocery store, a hardware store, a medical clinic, and two banks. If you enjoy longish walks on the beach, you’re within a short walking distance of the new marina and downtown Flamingo.

The apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a TV with cable channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with garden views. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance.  
  
Guests can also relax in the shared lounge area.  
Otros aspectos a destacar  
The parking is free for just 1 vehicle.  
  
There is an extra administrator room in the second floor! The administrator could be living there rarely during the year! But this will be closed.
