"No surprises here, exactly as listed. Communication with the Host was always timely. They turned us onto a great transport service to and from Liberia Airport. This place is on the small side but had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The king bed was on the hard side and not the foam mattress we are used to but worked fine. The air con runs all the time and makes some noise but we like some white noise when we sleep. Easy walk to the beach and 3 restaurants....

"The agency (Special Places) was very nice, but this unit was on the bottom floor with a view of a roof awning & glimpse of ocean. It’s one of the older buildings in a poorly planned resort area that has no Costa Rican vibe. The interior was dated, sad, and had padlocks on some cabinets. "First of all, the dates above for our stay are incorrect. Our dates were Fe1-February 8, 2024. The Vrbo is in a very nice location in Flamingo Bay. I appreciated the daily cleaning inside the house and outside patio / pool area. WiFi worked great. My friends stayed here earlier this year and recommended it, and the house exceeded all our expectations. Sunsets by the pool were divine. We received heavy rain during our stay but didn’t mind it as we were able to enjoy the house. Clear and timely communication with the host and the staff were great. Location is quiet and secure.
