We stayed at Pacifica for 6 nights and had a really pleasant experience all around. It is definitely a relaxing atmosphere. If you’re looking for crazy nightlife, then this might not be the place for you. But we loved all of the restaurants and bar options. Food was amazing. Not at all like your typical all inclusive food that gets old quickly. We loved Pescados! All of the staff was super helpful and friendly. The only thing I could note was that the check in wasn’t very helpful. We literally had no idea how to get to our room and had to stop and ask other guests. So maybe a map or something at check in would help. Otherwise, it was truly a perfect stay and we would absolutely return!

Beautiful Resort. Excellent food. Top tier customer service. My absolute only complaint are all the flies. There are abundance and they ruin the dining experience, even indoors in the main dining restaurant.

What I like about this property is you get access to other hotels and enjoy the all inclusive experience. I booked through expedia upon check I asked for an upgrade but was denied. All of us ( we were group of 13) was given a single bed but when booking was made its for 2 queen beds. So, all of us ended up switching room. It could have been prevented if we were asked upon check in. When you eat at the pool flies are all over you! Our experience at Siempre and Peninsula restaurants were excellent! The food at Pescados needs improvement. I had wings, noodles , and desert. The housekeepers were friendly. Overall, its a great hotel not crowded and would recommend it for tourists like me.

Pool and hot tubs has human scum in it. Treated Americans like jokes. Staff passes off responsibilities to others. They stole $500 out of Wallet, 0 true. If you eat outside, congratulations it just came with a free side of flies. After dinner you can figure out what building you're staying in while buzzed. Well at least I can head back to my public hair infested bed and a very sticky soaked bathroom floor. I hope all of Mexico isn't like this

Es un paraíso. La comida excelente, al igual que la atención. Si planeas nadar, en esta zona no se puede, pero si puedes tener unas excelentes fotos dado que en la playa casi no hay gente. Me pareció genial que con la pulsera all inclusive puedes tener acceso a las instalaciones del resto de hoteles de la cadena, eso si; algunos tienen costo. Si no rentas coche y planeas salir, no puede ser a través de algún taxi de aplicación, forzosamente tiene que ser con un taxi de sitio del hotel, cobran 17 USD al centro. ¡Es un lugar maravilloso! Todo el personal super atento.

The Property was amazing. I also received amazing service. The spa was excellent. The only thing I did not like was the steakhouse. The food was disappointing and it was not included in the all inclusive.

Absolutely loveeedddd this resort! Staff was friendly. Great customer service. Only negative on that front was that I hated the staff at the front desk who hammered us into saving money on tours etc. we really just wanted to lounge around and do nothing. After a long flight that was the last thing we wanted to do. We really just wanted to get to our room and the lady wouldn’t take “no thank you” for an option. Despite that, we had a great time! Food was amazing! One of the best all inclusive food options we’ve had. Beach isn’t swimmable but was still beautiful to watch! It was also whale watching season and that was awesome to see. Loved the adults only option. We wanted to get away from the noise. If you’re looking for adult partying this isn’t the place. It’s quite relaxing here and I like it that way. Resort was clean, beautifully kept. Great food options at the sister resorts nearby that you can take the shuttle to. Easy enough and shuttle available 24/7. It was nice to do that some nights and come back to tranquility. Room was comfortable and clean. Would absolutely stay here again if visiting Cabos. Staff on the beach “cabana lady” and the servers in the area are all very attentive to your needs and you literally don’t have to get up except to use the bathroom. They bring food/drinks and are so sweet! We loved the option of being able to tip each server through the wrist band. Very convenient so you don’t have to walk with a ton of cash for tips. Just stay here!!

If you are looking for a romantic place to relax, then this is the right resort. Small, clean, Adult only. the staff are amazing. Thank you Yarenny, Alvaro, Cecilia for my massage and Jorge, the manager, for the wonderful talk we had. We are very picky about our food but the Peninsula and the Quivira steak house are both 5-stars restaurants. Try to go more than once in each of these locations to enjoy the menu. Being on the pacific side, you cannot swim on that beach. We got a couple of windy days, but this is nature, not the hotel fault. Stay away from the Pueblo Bonito timeshare presentations even if they offer you a lot of money. Just google it and you will understand why.

The resort was located just West of Cabo Downtown. Far enough out that you had a quiet secluded beach to walk and enjoy the crashing waves. No street vendors, so it was extremely peaceful. A quick 10 minute taxi ride and you were in the heart of the downtown action. Highly recommend this resort. The food was fantastic and the service was top notch. We will definitely be back!

Pueblo bonito Pacifica . We have no words! If you are talking about top service , they are it. I just really want to commend the STAFF, each and everyone of them for being so hospitable and happy , for being so attentive to our needs. We are very pleased with our stay. The food was excellent , the view was breathtaking the moment you drive in the facility . It was magical . No one can top the experience we have by staying here , will definitely come back and recommend to everyone I know. Thank you for the magic!!

Beautiful properties with a lot of flowers. Food was okay. Several from the staff waiters in restaurant areas in particular at Pacifica and Sunset have unfriendly ungenuine attitudes when interacting with them. Also no smile, too serious as well. Attitude is really important to us. Friendliness as well as authentic welcoming demeanor. Wouldn’t consider going again nor recommend.

Great resort, perfect place for a getaway and very calm and relaxed place. Very clean and amazing staff all around. Book this resort if looking for a calm relaxing getaway with no kids. Full of good food, drinks and great staff. Definitely would come again.

We really enjoyed our stay and found that the smaller size of the resort was ideal to walk from our room to the other areas with ease. Having the opportunity to spend time at the sister resorts around Cabo enhanced our stay. We loved that the staff knew us on sight!

The shuttle service and ability to use the different resort facilities was great. The Zao Chen restaurant was some of the best food I’ve ever had. The Zentini de Coconut was delicious. New favorite drink!

Overall the resort is old and in need of a refresh. The food and service were very good. Only one negative encounter with one of the concierge’s. Also people should be told it is NOT safe to go in the water. No swimmable beach here. It’s a 3.5 star place.

Dear Teri, We are sorry that you felt that you could not enjoy the sea, however due to the strong tide of the Pacific area in Los Cabos it is not possible to swim, our staff does everything possible to maintain the safety of all our guests, however we will review the approach to make it more friendly for everyone.
