You’ll enjoy gorgeous sunrises and moonrises from inside the condo or the patio. Use the telescope on the patio for star gazing and up close and personal whale watching from fall to early spring. Both bedrooms are king suites with luxurious ensuite baths. The primary bedroom allows you to wake up to views of the sun sparkling on the ocean before you even grab your first cup of coffee to enjoy the start of your day on the patio. The second bedroom also has an electric stand up desk for those who will be working while here. After a leisurely breakfast from the well equipped kitchen that would make any chef happy, head down to one of the 2 beaches here. You have the cove for swimming and snorkeling on the left of the property or the surfing beach to the right. And don’t forget the large heated pool with the swim-up bar restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. Both the bedroom and the living room have doors that open to the patio with an electric BBQ and table that seats 6. With the sliders open to the ocean breeze and the front screen door open there is a nice flow of fresh ocean air through the condo. You have elevator access so there’s no need to walk any stairs to your 4th floor home away from home. This condo has been a private residence and is brand new as a rental. It's furnished in the complete way only a residence would be. You have filtered water from a separate faucet at the kitchen sink, so there’s no need to buy bottled water. All the SMART TV's (living room and both bedrooms) have live tv with ALL U.S. and Canadian channels, including all your favorite sporting events. If you’re on a working vacation, you'll appreciate the fiber optic high speed WIFI and the electric stand-up desk in the 2nd bedroom. As you walk through the lushly landscaped resort to head down the steps to the beach, the first place you’ll pass is the heated pool and the bar/restaurant where the bartender will help you book all your Cabo activities while having food and drinks and meeting new friends. Besides the pool, 2 beaches, the pool bar restaurant, and a well stocked convenience store, you have access to several great restaurants (with amazing views) on this east point of Cabo San Lucas Bay! In fact, within a 5 minute walk, you’ll find yourself at two of the highest rated restaurants in Cabo, Sunset Mona Lisa and Manta at the Cape Hotel. Just want drinks and a pizza with a killer views of all of Cabo and Land’s End? We’ve got you covered with that too at Jazz on the Rocks. This is the first time we have stayed at this property although we have stayed at other condos within the same community. Without question this property ranks number one for us. There were several reasons. Number one is the amenities. The furniture was comfortable particularly the beds The mattresses were just right, slept like a baby. We like to cook breakfast and dinners the condo had all the amenities that you would need all the utensils for cooking. There wasn’t one thing that I needed that I couldn’t find. Of course the number one thing was the view. We got to see the whales every day. Saw some spectacular sightings from our balcony decided not to go whale watching since we were getting a continual show. Every morning the sunrise was so beautiful, sunset was within walking distance with a view of the arch. Would definitely recommend this property. Lynn was very responsive and takes pride in her properties. We had absolutely no issues. ##### alan n.
