You’ll enjoy daily sunrises on the ocean, along with gorgeous moonrises from the bedroom, living room and large extended patio with an outdoor living room and electric grill. Wake up to the view of the ocean from your bed. Then grab your coffee or tea and head out to lounge on the patio just relaxing and taking in the view from your very private and shaded patio. If you choose to dine in, you’ll enjoy a very well equipped kitchen with a large breakfast. Or you might want to go out to one of the restaurants within walking distance for a great meal before heading down the steps to one of our two beaches or the pool. You have the cove for swimming and snorkeling on the left of the property or the surfing beach to the right. You’ll enjoy meeting new friends at the large heated pool with the swim-up bar restaurant. Both the bedroom and the living room have glass sliding doors that open to the patio and a front door screen door, so you can enjoy the flow through ocean breeze all day long. You have elevator access to the 6th floor and then walk up one flight of stairs to the location of this quiet and private condo. You have filtered water in the entire condo so there’s no need to buy bottled water. If you’re on a working vacation, with fiber optic high speed WIFI, just grab a seat at one of the kitchen bar stools or go out to the outdoor living room and enjoy the view while you work. The communication was the best I've ever had on VRBO, with outstanding local recommendations. Seriously, this stay was perfect. My wife loved the fact that we could stay on property and walk to restaurants to watch the sunsets. No car needed. Uber picks you up just steps away. Do yourself a favor and book this condo! There is a restaurant called Sead just steps away from the property that was perfect for bfast, coffee and lunch. The pool on the property was nice with such great service from the pool bar and restaurant too. Good lunch food and pina coladas and margaritas too! Beach chairs are comfy, umbrellas available if you need some shade. The walk to the beach is pretty close. It's not a beach to "walk" as there are rocks on each side, but it's quiet and quaint.
