Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is 28 miles away, and driving time varies with traffic. One parking space is included, and guests can use any free spot in front of the building. Public buses and taxis are within a 10-minute reach.

Booking Requirements:

- Must be 18+ to book

- You'll sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation

- Please have your ID ready for check-in

- A refundable security deposit may be required (not for Airbnb bookings) - refunded after checkout when all terms are met

- Only registered guests allowed - plus 2 extra visitors

- No smoking anywhere! Drug use and illegal activities are strictly prohibited ($300 fine applies)

- Quiet hours after 10 PM - no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect your neighbors

- No pets or animals of any kind (sorry!)

- Please note that you’ll need to climb some stairs to enter the condo.

- There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security.
