Kathy's home at One Medano was exactly what we were looking for! The building is just one block from the beach, the Marina, Walmart, Chudrui, and the mall. The condo itself is well-stocked, spacious, and comfortable. There are beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and parking included! Security is at the building 24/7, and the elevators are key-only. We could not have asked for a more ideal location. Tons of good bars & restaurants within a few block walk, just a bit further to the Marina and the party district. But at the same time, a quiet enough spot to sleep at night when you want to. And it's great to have a spot to relax during the day in between activities as well, with the AC cranked.The pool is perfect for cooling off when it's hot - I saw someone complain it wasn't in the sun, but trust me, that's a bonus when you're trying to cool off. And it's even more beautiful at night with the lights on.Karina is super friendly and will help you find things to do locally, and is responsive when you have questions. If we come back to Cabo san Lucas, this is our #1 pick for where to stay. ##### Mike M. The locations was exceptional. 2 minute walk to the best beach, bars and restaurants in Cabo. Walmart is a 5 minute walk. Downtown Cabo is about 10 or 12 minutes away. The building itself is 100% safe and perfectly situated for families. The neighborhood is exactly what you're looking for if you want to be close to everything, but far enough away to catch your breath from all the action. From a size and amenity standpoint, the condo was exactly what we needed. Partial ocean view, great balcony, and plenty of space for the 4 of us. The check in and check out was super easy and Karina was exceptional with helping us with any questions we had.
