The property boasts a privileged location: just 7 minutes by car from downtown Cabo, the Marina, restaurants, and nightclubs; 5 minutes from Walmart; and only 3 minutes from Costco. Everything you may need is within easy reach, without sacrificing privacy or comfort. With a modern and functional design, this 2,163 sq. ft. villa features an open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. Large sliding glass doors open onto a sunny and spacious terrace, complete with a private pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ grill—ideal for sharing unforgettable moments outdoors with family or friends. The home includes three comfortable bedrooms, each with independent air conditioning, designed to ensure restful nights for all guests. It also comes fully equipped with high-quality linens and towels, kitchen utensils, appliances, TVs with SkyTV, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and everything needed for a carefree and relaxing stay. Beds on the floor, broken furniture, urine stained sheets, black mold. If I could give this place a zero I would. Urine stained sheets, black mold in the swimming pool, broken furniture, beds on the floor, and big roaches. I took pictures but VRBO will not allow me to post them trust me do not stay at this place I stay one night and we left. Me and my wife refused to go to sleep we set on the couch all night until I made reservations for another hotel. This place looks nothing like the photos. I will go to YouTube and post pictures.
