Newly refurbished in 2022 with fantastic new furniture, decorations and amenities. Check out our other CaboCondoVacation Units - just look for CCV in the title! We have over 20 units! INSIDE: \-Master bedroom (King Bed) with a luxurious en-suite bathroom. \-Two remaining bedrooms (King Bed and Two Twin Beds) share a common en-suite bathroom. \-Large screen TVs in all 3 bedrooms! \-Fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a pod coffee maker. Guests have access and discounts to some Pueblo Bonito resort amenities but not all. Specifically: Within the resorts I would recommend: • ’The After’ Sports bar and restaurant at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach resort does not require reservations and our guests have access and discounts. • ’The Market’ Food Hall at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach does not require reservations and our guests have access and discounts. This Market area features several different types of food (Deli, Asian, Mexican, Pasta, etc.) which share a common seating area and central bar area. • The Quivira Golf Clubhouse steakhouse and seafood restaurant & bar is not associated with the resorts and our guests have access and discounts. For breakfast and lunch you can often walk in without reservations however reservations are required at dinner (on even priority with hotel guests). • Our guests can access reservable restaurants at the resorts however they are exceptionally busy over the holidays and other busy seasons. The resorts prioritize hotel guests and limit non hotel guests. There were several spots on the condo walls that needed to be repainted, the couch could use a cleaning and I would have preferred white linens over colored linens. Three downsides: water shut off without warning on our last day while we were showering for the airport, everything is pretty spread out and you can’t walk the beach. The ocean is really strong in this location and you can’t dip your toes In or get within 500 yards of the water. The shuttle service is nice and timely. However, we rented a golf cart for 2 of our 4 days to avoid waiting. Pacifica adult only pool was very nice and relaxing. Sunset was full of energy. For a quiet morning the pool outside our condo was lovely. The deck was likely our favorite part of the condo. ##### Elizabeth G.
