With breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, Pedregal is unparalleled in it's beautiful location perched above 'Lands End' where two oceans playfully unite, where the arid desert and wind-carved mountains collapse into the vast blue ocean. . .it is one of the premier gated communities of Cabo, referred to as the 'Beverly Hills of Cabo' offering a fabulous vacation getaway!

Enter through the foyer, then down a few steps to the open living space with built in lounge area for full relaxation and fabulous ocean views!

The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, gas cooking, granite counters and ocean views from the kitchen (dishwasher not available). Laundry room, off the kitchen is equipped with W/D.

The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths offer complete privacy from one another.

The outdoor garden lounge area features lush tropical landscaping native to Cabo, with the relaxing cooling-pool allowing for sun/shade under the garden 'Palapa', a private outside eating area/bar provides for relaxation and living outdoors just off the kitchen. Enjoy the open gas fire-pit at night while watching the stunning sunsets over the Pacific, or star gazing . . . peaceful relaxation!!

Care and craftsmanship have gone in to the construction of this villa with high vaulted ceilings throughout allowing for a fresh open-air feel. Designed by the owner with authentic Saltillo tile throughout with a Cantera stone entry of cascading winding steps leading from the authentic 17th century Mexican gate. . .come enjoy our home for your next Cabo getaway !!

Maid service is included every third day excluding Sundays. If additional cleaning is desired, please pre-arrange with the manager at the time of booking.

Ten Star Location

The property location is outstanding — a gorgeous neighborhood. Georgina, the host, is fantastic — she is attentive and quick to reply. The house has exceptional views of the sea — from inside and out. Occasionally, we spotted whales breaching the water. If you like to cook, the kitchen has everything you need to make gourmet meals. The beds were comfortable, and the nights were quiet. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes; however, there is no swimming there — nonetheless, the beach is pristine and well worth exploring. I often walked to the beach alone and felt 100% safe. The drive into town and the marina are less than 10 minutes. We truly enjoyed our vacation at Pedregal; there is no other place in Cabo we would have rathered stayed.

Winter getaway

Beautiful views! We saw many whales from the patio every day! Rates were great! The pictures are how it looks except for no palapas and there’s a comfy sectional in the LR now. Beds comfy. The dishwasher was broken—bummer. Patio furniture could definitely be updated as it’s kind of falling apart. It’s quite noisy with trucks driving by frequently. Sound carries. You can hear people talking and definitely partying! Overall, it was still wonderful!

Wonderful family vacation location.

Check in was a breeze. The casa was homey and gave everyone plenty of room and privacy. The home is situated in a peaceful and extraordinary location with easy access to an exclusive beach. Great for viewing sunsets. You can view whales breaching in the distance from the veranda. We cooked most of our meals in. It had all the utensils we needed and a good grill. Nice bathrooms and showers. Strenuous but easily doable walk to the marina. Strenuous because Pedrigal is built into the side of a hill. We were are a family of six adults.

Absolutely stunning - our own private villa with majestic views....felt like I was in Greece!

We absolutely loved our place. Plenty of space, everything worked, but the best part was the ocean view, safety space of the villa. It is in a gated community. My hubby and I (celebrating our 15 year anniversary) had more than enough room. The weather was perfect and the owners were magnificent. Robert (one of the owners) owns the best restaurant in town "Los Cabos Winery" - we even got a family discount there. We will be back, next time with family and friends! I am a huge fan of VRBO because of this experience! (The Wrights from So, California)

Beautiful view, spacious home in upscale neighbourhood

Booking the home was very easy and the owner responded quickly to any questions. The Pedregal neighbourhood is very upscale, quiet and convenient to beach and city. Pictures in the listing are accurate. Robert and his wife are the local managers and they were very hospitable and helpful, quickly responding when we had questions or issues arose. The home is spacious with plenty of outdoor space so a bigger group can be comfortable. Thank you for a great vacation for our family.
