The space  
Our apartment has been conditioned so that you can rest and enjoy your stay to the fullest:  
  
\- A professional cleaning team attends you for your peace of mind and safety.  
\- Comfortable and well conditioned beds.  
\- Super equipped kitchen.  
\- A/C and Smart TV's in every bedroom.  
\- 2 Terraces where you can enjoy your meals outdoors with beautiful view and the tranquility of the place.  
\- We have provided extra amenities for your trips to the beach: special beach towels, umbrella, chairs, cooler and snorkeling equipment.  
  
It is located very close to shopping centers, a few minutes drive from Cabo's most famous beach (Medano Beach), downtown, the Marina and the main restaurants and entertainment, music and dance centers.  
  
When you book with us you will have our Concierge service dedicated to make your experience wonderful and with a 7x24 attention during your stay!  
  
You'll have access to the resort's facilities: super-equipped gym, clubhouse, swimming pools and terraces area.  
  
Guest access  
We have a parking space within the development and 2 elevators.  
Access can be autonomous since a code is provided, however, we prefer to receive you to facilitate your experience and make the most of your stay.  
We also offer you a guest manual where we put this information at your disposal.  
In case of emergency you can count on our 7x24 service.  
Full access to the apartment (except for the owners' closets which are locked).  
  
We have a laundry area with laundry center, and we provide you with a portion of laundry soap and fabric softener.  
  
Other things to note  
There is a new department store 100 meters from the apartments, Costco and Plaza Nova, a shopping mall 200 meters away where you will find restaurants, coffee shop, pharmacy, etc.  
  
You can enjoy several beaches less than 15 minutes away where you can snorkel or enjoy water activities as well as its vibrant nightlife in one of its night entertainment centers, restaurants and shopping malls and the Marina.
