The Space:

This spacious property combines multiple living areas within one large house, offering flexibility and privacy for big groups while keeping everyone together in one location. With 11 bedrooms and multiple sleeping arrangements, the layout allows guests to spread out comfortably while still enjoying shared gathering spaces.



Living & Common Areas

The property includes multiple living spaces designed for group interaction. Smart TVs are available for entertainment, and comfortable seating areas allow guests to relax indoors after a day at the beach or pool. Air conditioning and ceiling fans help maintain comfort throughout the home.



The main dining area provides space for shared meals, meetings, or celebrations. The layout encourages connection while still allowing room to move freely within the property.



Kitchen

The full kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, cookware, utensils, and cooking essentials including oil, salt, and pepper. A coffee maker is available for morning routines. The setup is functional for preparing meals for large groups, whether simple breakfasts or coordinated dinners.



Bedrooms

The property includes 11 bedrooms distributed across different sections of the house, offering a mix of queen beds and bunk bed configurations.



Several bedrooms feature queen beds for couples or private accommodations. Other rooms include full bunk beds and full/twin bunk combinations, ideal for families, youth groups, or retreat-style sleeping arrangements.



Certain sections such as Casa Estrella, Apartamento Arena, Boquerón Apartment, and Cabaña Playa provide distinct sleeping areas within the larger property, allowing groups to divide into sub-groups while remaining under one reservation.



Additional sofa beds in living areas expand the sleeping capacity to accommodate up to 40 guests comfortably.



Bathrooms

The home includes 6 full bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hot water are provided. The number of bathrooms helps large groups rotate efficiently without overcrowding.



Outdoor Areas

The property includes patio space and access to shared outdoor areas within the residential complex. Guests can enjoy beach chairs, hammock areas, sun loungers, and outdoor dining spaces. The shared swimming pool is available year-round during designated hours.



An outdoor shower is available, making it convenient to rinse off after beach visits.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the reserved house and shared residential amenities including the pool and outdoor common areas.



Self check-in is available via lockbox. Parking accommodates up to 10 vehicles within the shared outdoor parking area.

Nearest Airport: Rafael Hernández Airport (BQN), approximately 25–30 minutes by car

Parking: Space for up to 10 vehicles on premises

Best transportation option: Private vehicle recommended for large groups



Other Things to Note:

Puerto Rico is a tropical destination, and occasional power interruptions may occur due to weather or utility maintenance.



This property does not provide Wi-Fi, allowing guests to disconnect and enjoy the surroundings.



A shared BBQ grill is available within the complex. A $25 deposit is required and can be arranged on-site, subject to availability.



- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs a the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Kindly note that any extra visitors must receive prior approval. This is subject to approval and may incur additional fees.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
