The foyer opens to an open living room space with refreshing aqua views of a large, lap-size swimming pool and adjacent reflection pool. Native white travertine floors in the bedrooms are enhanced by rich cherry wood floors in the living room and mahogany thresholds, windows, and doors. The living room unfolds onto a terrace colonnade that wraps around the villa for poolside relaxing and alternative dining al fresco. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel Viking appliances with BBQ, Carrara marble tops, and opens to a formal dining room that accesses the terrace. Two-second floor master suites are privately located at opposite ends of the villa and feature white ceramic spa-inspired bathrooms with double-sink vanities, a bathtub, and a shower. Master suites provide extensive tropical views and fresh northern cross-breezes. One of the Master suites includes an exotic open-air shower, spacious walk-in closet, and a private sun deck. The first-floor guest suites are well designed and each has a private terrace for enjoying the Caribbean environment. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and provide cedar-lined closets. Ample service quarters are located off the kitchen next to the well-organized laundry room. A carport with room for two automobiles accesses the kitchen and service quarters via a stone walking path.
