"We merely just for one night. Upon arrival, hotel did not have our booking information as Hotel.com did not inform hotel about our reservation. Very poorly from Hotel.com Had to show my invoice for reception that Accomodation was paid directly to Hotel.com We got the Queens Residence and it was quite spacious and big, both rooms with own en-suite. "We got there late due tp far travels. They waoted for us. We were greeted with friendliness and made us feel at home. Slept well. The beds were comfortable and the rooms nice and warm and cozy. We had friendly breakfast."
