Let Us Tell You About This Home: Waterfront vintage beach house located right on Buzzards Bay. Spacious home with two levels, large common areas and a private beach. Amazing views of Buzzards Bay! This home is a great spot to start making those family memories. Two bedrooms, including a master with a private bath are located on the first floor. The kitchen, dining area, large open Livingroom and a laundry area complete the first floor level. The living room has a mini split to keep you cool and a TV to keep you entertained. The stairs off the kitchen will bring you to second level. When you arrive at the top you are greeted with spectacular views of the water and your private beach. This open space offers a bedroom, large sitting area and a bathroom. There is also a small kitchenet if you want a late night snack without heading down to the main kitchen. Another mini split and a second TV are also located on the second floor. You will love the large deck that overlooks the beautiful private beach! You can sit outside and enjoy a cookout on the gas grill, watching the sunset on the water. With all NEVR properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special. We enjoyed the boats passing thru the canal, all the birds and other wildlife. We cooked all our meals at the cottage. Everything you needed for cooking was there!
