Solares Passione - Cozy house in Búzios, close to the beach.

  • Located in Búzios, one of Rio's most sought-after destinations, Solares Passione is next to the Serra da Emerencias mountain range, just a few metres from the charming Tucuns beach and the Tucuns Gastronomy and Culture Fair. Our space is very cozy, with modern decor and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is a duplex and semi-detached. Located on a hill, it is necessary to go up a service road. This allows us an incredible view of the Serra da Emerencia and the Tucuns sea. The city centre and the famous Rua das Pedras are a 17-minute drive away. Porto da Barra is an 11-minute drive away. The nearest beach is 310 metres away and can be reached by a short walk. The other beaches are between 8 and 23 minutes away by car. The area is super quiet, tree-lined, and easily accessible by public transportation and ride-sharing services.
