Perched beside the first tee of the Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club, Wine Down is a stylish, modern retreat designed for golfers and families. With scenic course views, two cosy living areas, a designer kitchen and an alfresco made for long lunches, you’ll be perfectly placed to relax or explore. Walk to the clubhouse, beaches or central Dunsborough in minutes and return to your own tranquil haven.  
Wine Down welcomes you with a clean, contemporary exterior that opens into a beautifully styled home where modern comforts meet a breezy, relaxed atmosphere. The home’s central hub is its light-filled open-plan living area, where soaring ceilings, a large dining table and a designer kitchen flow out to the covered alfresco space. Here, you can enjoy meals or morning coffee while looking across the manicured first hole of the golf course, with gentle breezes and golden hour light adding to the calm.  
  
The main living room features a plush, oversized sofa and large TV, framed by full-height windows and sliding doors that connect the indoors to the outdoor lounge and dining areas. Ceiling fans, ducted air conditioning and elegant timber floors keep the space cool and inviting year-round. The sleek kitchen is a dream for entertaining, with an island bench with a breakfast bar and everything you need for effortless self-catering. A second lounge offers a quieter space to unwind—perfect for movie nights or giving kids and adults their own zones.  
  
The primary bedroom features a king bed, a spacious walk-in robe, and a stunning private en-suite complete with a walk-in dual shower, double vanity, and a freestanding tub that invites a long soak after a day on the greens. Two other stylish bedrooms offer a queen bed, while a central bathroom with a walk-in shower and quality fittings services the rest of the home.  
  
Outdoors, you’ll find a fully covered alfresco area with a ceiling fan, BBQ, dining setting, and separate lounge seating overlooking a lush lawn and fairway views. Whether you're enjoying a post-round drink, reading a book or simply watching golfers tee off, this space is a highlight of the home. There is a washing machine and dryer and driveway parking for your convenience.  
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!  
  
Perfectly positioned in the heart of Dunsborough Lakes, Wine Down offers direct access to the golf course and is just a leisurely ten-minute walk to Dunsborough’s lively town centre. Enjoy boutique shopping, visit local favourites like Yarri Restaurant + Bar or Silver Bullet Espresso, and stroll through the Dunsborough Markets for fresh produce and artisan goods. Beaches are also close by, offering calm waters ideal for swimming, paddleboarding and family picnics. Whether you’re chasing birdies on the green, beach days with the kids, or a weekend of wine and relaxation, everything is within easy reach from this peaceful base.  
  
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
