This exquisite home boasts 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you'll find three spacious minor bedrooms, complemented by a luxurious bathroom featuring a freestanding bath and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a grand lounge awaits with a stunning stone fireplace that opens onto a balcony offering picturesque views. Across from the lounge is the Master Bedroom, complete with a TV, expansive walk-in robe, and an ensuite featuring a hobless shower, double vanity, and separate toilet.  
  
The spacious Kitchen, Dining, and Living area on the ground floor provide floor-to-ceiling views of the canal, creating a serene atmosphere. Outside, the alfresco area is an entertainer’s delight, featuring a Beef Eater BBQ, rangehood, sink, and bar fridge."
