Nestled on a peaceful olive farm, it offers the perfect blend of country calm and convenience—just minutes from Yallingup’s beaches, wineries, and walking trails. Cosy, pet-friendly, and designed for pure relaxation, sip wine on the patio, spot local wildlife or simply enjoy the stillness of rural life.  
Welcome to your private countryside studio, perfectly positioned on a working olive farm. Designed for those who love the outdoors but don’t want to compromise on comfort, this bright, open-plan chalet offers uninterrupted views of the surrounding lake and olive groves—ideal for a quiet getaway with nature right at your doorstep.  
  
Step into the thoughtfully designed living space where natural light pours through large windows. A plush queen bed sits centrally, inviting you to wake up slowly to the sounds and sights of rural life. Kick back with a spot of TV on the lounge with reverse-cycle air conditioning keeping you comfortable no matter the season. The kitchenette is compact yet fully equipped with a stove, mini-fridge, kettle, and toaster—perfect for preparing light meals with local produce. The ensuite bathroom is modern and well-appointed, with fresh linens provided for your stay. Outside, your private patio includes a BBQ and outdoor seating—ideal for evening cook-ups under the stars or relaxing with a glass of local wine as the sun sets over the olive groves. Kangaroos often make an appearance in the early hours, adding a touch of magic to your mornings.  
  
The chalet is pet-friendly, welcoming well-behaved dogs. Please note that the area is unfenced and features access to deep water, so pets should be supervised. While other chalets are situated nearby, the property is designed to provide privacy and a peaceful atmosphere for all guests. Wi-Fi, parking, and all linens are included, offering everything you need for a stress-free countryside escape.  
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire chalet to yourselves. Please note, this unit is located on a working farm with other dwellings in close proximity. Please make yourselves at home!  
  
This chalet offers a serene countryside retreat with convenient access to the region's attractions. Early mornings often bring sightings of western grey kangaroos grazing nearby, providing an authentic Australian experience.  
  
A short drive away, explore the fascinating limestone formations of Ngilgi Cave or relax on the sandy shores of Smiths Beach and Yallingup Beach—perfect for swimming or surfing. Nearby wineries like Aravina Estate offer gourmet dining and world-class wines, while the charming town of Dunsborough is ideal for boutique shopping and coastal café hopping. Whether you’re seeking outdoor adventure or a laid-back retreat, this location has it all.  
  
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.  
  
We are pet-friendly - please add the number of pets you're travelling with and we will reach out to charge a pet fee of AUD 94. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside.  
  
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
