With the water right as you step outside onto the back patio, views while lying in the master bed, and steps leading down to the waters edge, you feel like you are staying on the marina water! Just a stone's throw from the Port Geographe Bar and Restaurant, a popular spot for weddings receptions, casual and formal dining and it's collection of boutique wines, craft beers and gourmet food. With 2 living areas, 4 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds upstairs, and 2 single beds along with 2 bathrooms, a study with an extra single bed as 4th bedroom and a separate family room upstairs - this is a perfect holiday home for a family or group of friends wanting a getaway. There is also a balcony and outdoor area with furniture, BBQ that over looks the marina that can be fully enclosed with high quality roller blinds. A Jetty and Small kayaks are also available to use during your stay. For families, the addition of a high chair and cot ensures that even the youngest guests are comfortably accommodated. Marina View Port Geographe is the perfect starting point to explore the South West, whether you explore the many bicycle paths or take a leisurely stroll around the water front, take in the many wineries, breweries and gourmet food in the Margaret River Region. It also perfectly located by the marina if you have a dive tripped booked on the Swan. All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company. Marina View Port Geographe was exactly as per the photos and the description in the listings. The property is spacious, of very high quality construction, very clean and well-appointed with everything needed for a perfect getaway. The serene view of the Marina from the living room, master bedroom, balcony and even the up-stair rooms is so soothing and beautiful, we stayed at the property most of the time during our stay. Secure on-site parking and proximity to the walking and bike paths, the Deck restaurant and the whale watching charters boarding point immensely improved the whole experience.
