This comfortable 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfect for families or small groups, offering a relaxed and convenient stay to families, workers, and friends visiting the region. Designed for practicality and comfort, the house features two living areas, a dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen, including an air fryer, making mealtime a breeze. The enclosed backyard is ideal for kids to play safely, while extra parking provides space for multiple vehicles or even a boat. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and ensuite with shower and toilet, with good sized walk in wardrobe. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have a double bed with a bunk bed in room 4\. Each bedroom is fitted with cozy linens, and the home includes heating and air-conditioning for year-round comfort in the open plan living, kitchen and dining, with fans in the bedrooms. The family bathroom provides a bathtub, shower, and essential amenities. A laundry with a washer/dryer combo adds to the convenience of longer stays. Unwind with big-screen TV in both living areas (1 smart TV, 1 regular TV) and WiFi, or enjoy an alfresco meal in the outdoor area with furniture and a Picnic BBQ. Plus, one pet is welcome to join the holiday! This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. \- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in. \- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay. This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days.
