The main living area features soaring vaulted ceilings, a stunning double-sided fireplace, and a plush leather sectional—perfect for cosy evenings. A second lounge offers a quiet space to unwind, while the upstairs retreat with bean bags and a TV is a dream hangout for kids.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek stone benchtops, high-end appliances, and a spacious island, seamlessly flowing into the open-plan dining area. Parking is available in the garage and driveway.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
