The space  
Located up the road from some of the best wineries and breweries, including Wise Winery & Eagle Bay Brewery, this property is also just 10 minutes from Dunsborough town centre. Here, you can access all the shops, restaurants, and beaches Dunsborough town has to offer.  
  
From the moment you arrive, you will feel at home in this quintessential holiday home in Eagle Bay. The property features a wonderful open plan living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows. You can enjoy a family dinner on the gorgeous raw edge jarrah table or sit in front of the woodfire with a glass of wine. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay.  
  
The back patio boasts a woodfire pizza oven for winter and sun loungers for the warmer months. The garden out the front also has a lovely seating area where you can enjoy drinks and food whilst watching the world go by.  
  
Downstairs, there is a king-size bedroom with an open ensuite which includes a spa bath and separate toilet. Also downstairs are two queen-size bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs on the mezzanine level, there are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two singles.  
  
Eagle Bay Lodge is a secret gem tucked away behind the Peppermint Trees just meters from Eagle Bay Beach. Whether you're looking for a relaxing retreat or an adventure-filled holiday, this property has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.  
  
Sleeps 8\. All linen except cot linen & beach towels is provided.

Fire bans are in place 1 Nov to 30 Apr. Fire pits are NOT PERMITTED.

#### Perfect for a lazy stay

Lovely house in a perfect location, 5 minute walk to the beach and native bushland park. Lots of space for our family of 6 and 1 dog to laze around and relax. Surrounded by trees, waking up to birds and rustling leaves was fantastic. 10 minutes from Dunsborough for shopping. Beware the driveway if your car is lowered.
