It is a relaxing family holiday home and is only a short 5 minute walk away from the pristine white sands of beautiful Geographe Bay beach. There is a playground close by and the water is nice and shallow - very safe and protected swimming, especially for young children. Use the " Peppermints" as your base to start exploring the magnificent Margaret River Wine Region, catch a few waves, or simply tune out and relax on the beautiful beaches. Three bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a separate toilet and an outdoor hot water shower to wash the sand off. Lovely Bed 1 - 1 Queen Bed Bed 2 - 1 Queen Bed & 1 Single Bed Bed 3 - 1 Double Bed & 2 Single Beds Large open plan living area with bifold doors opening onto the rear garden. Large fully enclosed rear garden. Undercover parking. Non smoking. NOTE: the house is pet friendly and the yard is secure with a 1.5m high gate to the car port.
