My son's (11 + 15) enjoyed playing all the board games and I managed to read a book, all from the bookcase in the utility area. We stayed to travel to watch our older son in the Super Cup football tournament so the house was perfect location for us to travel to all his games. We also went to some of the beautiful beaches and tourist areas nearby, again all easily reachable from the house. Portballintrae itself doesn't have shops or places to eat apart from the hotels as far as we could tell, it did have a great Harbour and beach we could walk to or a 15/20 min walk took us to Bushmills that had plenty shops/eateries. ##### Gillian E.
