« This house is a vacation in itself. There were so many activities to do in the house and in the yard; we really enjoyed taking advantage of the space. The hot tub and the mini golf on the property were a bonus surprise that we didn’t see in the listing photos. The home was beyond clean and so welcoming. We felt really comfortable staying here. We found the location convenient for hiking around the Delaware Water Gap area. I would definitely stay here again. »

« What an amazing weekend we had! I rented this for a few days beginning the day after Christmas to surprise my husband and boys. We had big plans to go snow tubing hiking and all the fun winter activities you can picture doing in the winter in the Poconos. The minute we pulled in the driveway it began to snow and once we got settled we decided we were happy just staying in the cozy house that truly felt like home.The house had beautiful views and amenities I didn’t know I needed. « We stayed at the property over 4th of July. The house itself is very clean and depicted accurately in the pictures, nice size room and living room. The outside is equipped with a grill and fire pit, but generally not well kept. The outside of the property is in desperate need of a deep power wash (lots of moths). The pools of saw creek were great and about a 3-10 minute drive from the house and were very well kept. The lake is super small but does offer kayaks on the weekend. For the price all...

« The house was neat and mostly clean which would have been fine. We were 8 adults (4 couples) over the age of 50\. We were staying there after watching our daughters play college lax. We were not given the house code until after we paid the house manager via Venmo or cash app which is not supported by VRBO. There was no hot water in the upstairs shower. Then she reported to VRBO there was “damage” charge but she emailed me saying she normally charges for not putting the garbage in the community...

« Great house to be in with friends and family. The game room kept everyone entertained and connected. The beds were very comfortable. The house was warm (winter time) and not at all noisy even with a good winter storm that came through. The playground outside was a fun fort for the boys in their snowball fight. This space/property is the perfect natural oasis/escape from the city; it was exactly what we were looking for, gorgeous natural light, lots of windows, a huge yard, tons of nature/animals, fire pit, hiking nearby, the river access is perfect and even an active bald eagle nest! « Property owner thinks they can keep all of your money even though a natural disaster happened during the time you were supposed to be there. So, basically, if the weather could kill you, you either take the chance of dying or have your money taken from you for absolutely nothing. Also, VRBO/Expedia states that there are exceptions for extenuating circumstances such as natural disasters. We were supposed to be at the property from January 23, 2026 till January 25, 2026(leave by 11 am), during...

« The house was shabby, not well maintained. The washer and dryer were in a storage shed filled with stuff.The septic system backed up during the night. We had only flushed toilet paper. The bathtubs filled with raw sewage and none of the toilets worked. This was repaired late in the afternoon, so the house was unusable for the most of the day. We had to leave that morning so we had access to working bathrooms. I received NO compensation for this gross inconvenience. »
