You will need to provide your email and list the first and last names and addresses of all guests. • The HOA registration fee and amenity passes for up to 6 guests are included in your total price. Please inquire for more details. • CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS: Please turn lights off, turn down heat/AC, close all windows, lock the doors, bring trash to community Trash Compactor Area. Failure to remove garbage and recycling upon check out will result in a fine of $25/per bag imposed by the cleaners. • RENTERS, GUESTS & MAX OCCUPANCY: All guests must be registered on the HOA registration form. Visitors are not allowed. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. No third party bookings (the booker has to be staying at the house, you cannot book on behalf of someone else). Speed Limit is 25 mph unless otherwise posted, guest will pay speeding ticket. • GUEST AMENITY FOBs: Your stay comes with 6 amenity key FOBs. If lost or damaged, replacement key FOBs cost $25/each. • FIRE SAFETY: Gas grill, electric range, propane firepit and wood burning firepit must be used responsibly and attended at all times. If propane tank runs out, you can refill or exchange it nearby and we will reimburse you. Firepit must be extinguished fully. Smoking, vaping, candles and incense are not allowed in the house or on the deck. • OWNER’S BELONGINGS: supply closet and crawl space shall remain locked. All items in the home are the property of the owners. Cleaning staff does an inventory check at each turnover. Additional fees will apply for any missing or damaged items. • DAMAGE FEES: Renter is liable for any and all damage to the property during their stay. Plenty of room to gather and yet have our own spaces. Host communication was exceptional. Having kitchen cookware in excellent condition and loads of hangers in the bedroom closets are indeed rarities with VRBO rentals, and this home excelled in those areas. Small touches, but really appreciated. We would highly recommend a visit to the Frank Frazetta Art Museum, even if you are not familiar with his work, and the Sango Kura Sake Distillery and Restaurant. Séjour de 3 nuits en octobre 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Kirk R., Plano, TX USA 21 oct. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Hopskip was clean, comfortable and exactly as expected From the welcoming sunroom (perfect for an afternoon nap) to the well-equipped kitchen and dining area, to the extremely comfortable beds, this retro chalet was exactly as expected. This unit easily sleeps 8 and provides enough kitchen items for the same. There is one bedroom and a full bathroom downstairs, and two bedrooms, a loft (with two twin beds) and another full bathroom upstairs. The deck is nice and the grill is very convenient - easy to use. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a washer/dryer combo unit that cleans and dries well. Hot water seemed to be instantly available. The property is surrounded by trees. Neighborhood is quiet and provides for great exercise hiking the streets. Access to the neighborhood was easier than I expected - just needed to provide the address and show my ID (host had added me to a Visitor list). The host communicated with us prior to and throughout the stay. We highly recommend the Hopskip Retro Chalet for a short or an extended stay. ##### Kirk R.
