Surrounded by picturesque fields, the property offers a private fenced yard spanning 1,000 square meters, perfect for a relaxing vacation rental. Enjoy the convenience of on-site parking for up to 3 cars, a shared swimming pool (seasonal availability from May 7th to October 31st), and internet Wi-Fi access.  
  
Outdoors  
Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the property's outdoor spaces. Take a refreshing dip in the shared swimming pool, measuring 10 x 4 meters with a depth ranging from 140 to 180 cm. The pool is meticulously maintained by the owner or gardener. Soak up the Sicilian sun while lounging in the private fenced yard, offering a serene retreat amidst the surrounding fields.  
  
Other Information  
For your convenience, a washing machine is available for shared use (extra charge). Heating is available from December 1st to March 31st upon request. Breakfast can be arranged for an additional fee, allowing you to start your day on a delightful note. Please note that the tap water is not suitable for drinking, so plan accordingly.

Situated just 3.5 km from the center of Buseto Palizzolo and 7 km from Fulgatore, the farmhouse offers easy access to nearby attractions. Explore the Saline di Trapani (salt pans) at 19 km, the port of Trapani for boat trips to the Egadi Islands at 20 km, the Archaeological Park of Segesta at 20 km, and the charming town of Erice at 22 km. Beach enthusiasts can enjoy the sandy shores of Cornino Beach, located 18 km away. For outdoor adventures, the Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro (nature reserve) is just 24 km from the property, offering hiking trails and breathtaking landscapes. Other nearby destinations include San Vito lo Capo at 33 km and the historic city of Marsala at 38 km.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious and comfortable 5-room farmhouse called "Casale Colomba", spanning 180 square meters on the ground floor. The property features one double bedroom with a shower, bidet, WC, and a flat-screen TV, as well as a fan. This bedroom has direct access to the terrace. Additionally, there are four more double bedrooms, each equipped with a shower, bidet, WC, and a fan, also leading to the terrace. The kitchen and living area are combined in the entrance area, complete with four hot plates, a toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table, a flat-screen TV, and a fan. You can also access the pergola from this area.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you can enjoy the following amenities: a washing machine, a barbecue area, pet-friendly accommodations (maximum one pet/dog allowed), heating available from December 1st to March 31st, terrace furniture, an iron, mosquito nets, a children's high chair, a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds (extra charge), and a hair dryer. Additionally, the property offers internet access (WiFi, free) and reserved parking for up to three cars.  
  
Other Information  
The farmhouse features heating options such as gas heating and forced-air heating. Please note that two of the double bedrooms can only be accessed from the outside.
