I wish I could rate it more than 5 stars! The staffs are helpful and easy to reach out online. They provided check-in information clearly one arrival. It is convenient to deposit luggage after checking out. We also enjoyed the night view and perfect location. It located beside the subway station exit with tourists area near around. Staying here means you can enjoy the time in Busan for sure. The hotel is new furbished and clean. Ideal for a family holiday. Only downside is the lift. There is only four lifts that service up to 42 levels. It is extremely busy in the morning and during check in and check out hours, so you will need to wait quite a while for it and also to get in and out. The building itself is occupied by about three other property owners who do have attendants. But those either refused to talk or said outright that they would not help. Seems Urbanstay really angered those other property employees. Urbanstay sent instructions in Korean in a way that couldn’t be translated. Fortunately some other Urbanstay guests were there, and we worked through the access process.
