Outside there is a private front patio and gravelled area with furniture and hot tub and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.6 miles, a pub and within 2 miles, a beach and please note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. A travel cot is also available. Experience all of this and more with a stay at The Wheelhouse Pod No. 3. The property can accommodate one or two additional guests on the sofa bed by prior arrangement; Please note that an additional charge will apply for extra guests. Region: The West of Ireland conjures up many images; thatched, whitewashed cottages, a flock of sheep on a narrow road, an emerald green field with a stone wall, or the Atlantic waves crashing into towering cliffs and rocky shores.  
  
Town: The bustling fishing village of Burtonport is on Ireland's north west coast. From here you can catch a ferry to Arranmore or Rutland Island, for a fun day trip, or make the short journey to Dungloe, home of the famous 'Mary from Dungloe' festival, an annual event not to be missed. In the surrounding towns and villages there are several traditional music and family festivals throughout the calendar year. Burtonport and its surrounding areas are ideal for lovers of fishing; try sea fishing in Burtonport, catch a charter boat out to sea and try your hand at deep sea fishing, or make the most of one of the 130 lakes or rivers this area has to offer. Those who love golf can delight in the many courses in the area, while nature lovers can try and spot wildlife in the bogs and reed beds, plus mountaineering and mountain climbing can be enjoyed nearby. No matter what you love to enjoy, Burtonport is a great base.
