### The Heathers - Spacious 3 Bed, Home from Home

The overall design is a modern house providing comfortable and functional living space for families and contractors alike.  
  
The ground floor of the house consists of an open-plan living area, which includes a spacious living room, dining area, and a modern kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, such as a fridge, oven, and microwave.  
  
The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe space. Bed 2 is a king sized bed, and bed 3 has a 1 single bed.  
  
Heather Close is a residential street located in the village of Branston, which is situated in the East Staffordshire district of Staffordshire, England.  
  
Branston is a popular village that offers a range of amenities, including shops, pubs, restaurants, and schools. The village is located just a mile from the town of Burton upon Trent, which provides additional amenities and transport links to other parts of the region.   
  
Overall, Heather Close in Branston is a desirable location for those looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay in Staffordshire.  
  
Please note that all bookings require a pre authorisation hold of £200.00\. This will be released after the cleaning team have confirmed no damage has been done to the property following departure.
