« The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary milk, bread, jam and tea at the property as well as a welcome note and small reference manual for our stay. Of particular note were the sunrise and sunset ocean views both from the property itself and on the half-mile walk from the property to the train station. If you take the train from Edinburgh to Kinghorn in the evening, you might catch the sunset over the bridge- Gorgeous! We had a lovely time...

« Très belle résidence hôtelière dans bâtisse victorienne près de Dean Village à visiter. Accueil très sympathique et personnel à l'écoute. Grande chambre à la décoration de style écossais, très bien aménagée avec lit confortable, salon et Table à manger, bureau et meuble kitchenette comprenant vaisselle, micro onde, bouilloire, petite cafetière à dosette, etc... La salle de bain était également très grande avec douche, baignoire à jets, WC et bidet. Il n'y a pas de service de pdj mais une petite...

« L’hôtel est très bien situé, dans une rue très calme mais à tout juste quelques minutes de plusieurs restaurants et points d’intérêts ! Les chambres sont belles décorés avec goût, literie très confortable. La salle de bain est très bien également et le petit coin kitchenette avec mini frigo et cafetière Nespresso est une super idée. Le personnel très aimable et aux petits soins. »

"Édimbourg est une ville magnifique. L’hôtel est idéalement placé, l’accueil y a été très agréable. La vue de la chambre était splendide bien qu’un peu bruyante tout de même. "93008 Une vraie arnaque. La preeti a l'accueil est de mauvaise foi et vraiment malpolie. On est arrivé la première nuit, fenêtre cassée... on demande a faire réparer personne ne vient avant 22h45... tout ca pour: 1 nous prendre pour des anes en faisant semblant de la fermer en croyant quon avait pas vu qu'elle etait toujours pas fermee cote gauche et 2: en colmatant la fenêtre avec des taies d'oreiller. La nuit a ete horrible, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas correctement on a eu très froid a cause de la fenêtre cassée puis nous n'avons rien dormi car l'environnement etait hyper bruyant. A notre départ nous avons demandé un effort raisonnable de l'hôtel afin de nous dédommager de cette horrible nuit. L'effort demandé était de ne pas nous changer le parking 15 livres, ca me semblait la moindre des choses. Nous avons reçu une note a payer non détaillée et preeti nous a affirmé que c'était uniquement nos consommations, bien évidemment lorsque jai demande le détail, ho comme par hasard il y avait les frais de parking. Elle est infecte et arrogante et n'a voulu faire aucun effort si ce n'est nous donner l'adresse mail de la direction qui n'était pas là ce jour là, comme cest pratique.... on sait très bien qu'une fois partis ils ne feront rien , d'où l'arnaque organisée. De plus l'hôtel n'était pas très propre , la moquette très sale dans la chambre, la salle de bain mal nettoyee et l'espace piscine sentait le moisi et le souffre. Je ne recommande vraiment pas."
