This was our second stay at Kings Landing and we’ll come back again which is proof of how much we like this place. The house is clean and well equiped. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are excellent especially the ensuite. The location is great, half way between town and the beach in a quiet bush setting. The lawns are near completely dead, there was no mention that the Air Conditioning was Evaporative and not Refridgerated reverse cycle nor was there mention that it was broken. Other small things was the sandwich press hadn't previously been cleaned and was filthy, we ran out of toilet paper and there was no stockpile, one of the bins in the pantry was missing a leg and was always on a precarious lean, no locks on the toilet doors (i think they have been removed for some bizarre reason), the master bedroom door does not close properly, the outdoor wooden table is falling apart with rusty nails poking out and falling off and the slats on the table are not all secure, the vacuum hardly sucks dirt and was not emptied from previous stays. There seemed to be little cohesion in the cuttlery, crokery, glassware and cookware with an array of quality. Door stops or magnets on the doors would be handy to stop them from banging closed all the time. The location in Burnside was excellent with amazing wildlife that included kangaroos, birds and giant skinks that live under the wooden boards by the BBQ. ##### Andrew B.
