The Neighborhood: This home is close to golf courses, local wineries & restaurants, hiking and other local attractions such as Longhorn Caverns and Spider Mountain. There is a private boat ramp available for the guest as well in the Heart of Texas Resort. Getting Around: Guests will need a vehicle to get to this property and around to the local attractions. Other Things to Note: We are available by email, text, phone, or can be available in person if need be. This property is Dog Friendly. There is $100 per pet fee and there is a max of 2 pets allowed. Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property. In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property. As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest. All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee. The property was really beautiful, very pleased with our vacation and would definitely stay again! The fire pit area was very beautiful, kayaking was easy with life jackets and paddles in the boathouse. Views are wonderful, especially around sunset. Lovely home, very clean and well organized, better than in photos. The dock was awesome and made our stay very enjoyable. The kids and I loved the water slide. The location on the lake was in a low traffic, calm area to swim and play without worrying about lots of boat traffic. Thanks for letting us use the boat lift. We brought our 22’ boat and the lift made it so convenient when we were not using the boat and made sure the boat was secure. The private boat ramp was so close to the property and made things so convenient. The kids enjoyed using the kayak and SUP board to explore the rock formations in the area. The house was very clean and cozy. The host had wood ready for the fire pit and a s’mores set-up that was a nice gesture. Upon arrival, the access code for the house was not working so I contacted the management company and they took care of it immediately which was reassuring. Very responsive! Thank you!
