The Space: Immerse yourself in the refined simplicity of this beautifully designed home: Ground Floor: The heart of the house, the kitchen/living room area, features polished concrete floors and high quality furnishings throughout. This space is both functional and inviting while offering plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'd need to cook a meal, a large 2 door fridge, a modern gas stove and the entire house benefits from filtered drinking water, so no need to bring bottled water. A full bathroom with a deep soaking tub is also located on this floor, providing a spa-like experience for relaxation and rejuvenation. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make a dinner and Church street is just a short walk away with plenty of shops and restaurants. The parking was a plus as it's not easy to park in that area. And the house is off the street so there weren't many people coming and going. And it was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. A rooftop patio complete with table, chairs and umbrella provides cool breezes among the treetops and views of the area, including several steeples.
