Walking distance to everything that Burlington has to offer. We live on a residential street in the North End. Walking distance to bars, shops, and restaurants. There are 2 parking spaces located in the rear of the house. This apartment is a 10 minute walk to Church Street, 5 minute walk to Battery Street Park, and close to the waterfront/bike path. Our family of 6 enjoys renting out the space we called home for the past 3 years. Please enjoy your stay and let us know if there is any way we can improve it. The location is convenient to the Waterfront and Church Street Marketplace. Walking distance to just about anything you might need. The house was very well stocked...kitchen with all cooking supplies plus keurig and coffee pods. The bathroom had full size Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. No delis or supermarkets within walking distance, but Church Street, a 15-min walk into downtown Burlington, has plenty of restaurant and food options. Quiet street, quiet house. I was hoping there would be a yard for the dog but there is NO yard at all, just a tuft of grass off the dirt driveway if that is something you need (we were fine with walks, no biggie). It IS on a busy one way street in a very urban city area (no yards, close houses, some sketchy people down the end of the street at the park etc.) but it was surprisingly quiet inside the house so it wasn't loud or anything. It's a big 3 bedroom place with 1.5 bathrooms (not 2) we had plenty of room. We never used the TV but its a smart tv you need your own logins for FYI (living room only). We listened to the radio (which is also a record player with a pretty extensive collection there). Some games there too but not many. The full bathroom is huge! Lots of lights and lots of plugs throughout the house which was great. Only (minor) complaint is that the oven was kinda dirty and there were a bunch of cobwebs on the 1/2 bathroom light fixtures but everything else was very clean and beds were comfy and made up well/tight etc. Overall, would recommend especially for anyone visiting UVM as it's literally almost around the corner ##### Janelle M.
